“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity
in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual
lives, vulnerability is the path.”
Dr. Brené Brown
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help women, men, and adolescents learn how to Show Up, Be Seen and Live Brave™.
This is a journey into wholehearted living, where thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back are identified so we can move toward more authentic living. Exploring topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness, we seek to discover and develop shame resilience skills that transform the way we live, love, parent and lead. The Daring Way™ can be facilitated in clinical, educational and professional settings, and is suitable for work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
