The Process

Sonja's coaching process is an integrated journey focused on building resilience, self-awareness, and a strong core for sustainable growth. In a minimum of 12 one-hour sessions, we employ practical tools and practices informed by neuroscience to help you achieve your personal and professional outcomes. Through this guided focus and consistent practice, we work together to embed new learning, ultimately creating new neural pathways that enable you to operate with greater courage, authenticity, and potential.

Your Work

Between sessions, you engage with work designed to help you achieve your personal and/or professional goals. Sonja supports you to remain on track, and answers any questions to ensure you are moving forward throughout the process. It is amazing what accountability and structure can produce towards desired change.​
